Compression Springs, Tension Springs, Torsion Springs, Garter Springs and Belleville Washers / Disc Springs, manufactured in the UK from a diverse range of materials including Carbon Spring Steels, Chrome Alloy Steels (CrV / SiCr etc.), Stainless Steel (316S, 301S, 302S, 17/4PH & 17/7PH etc.), Elgiloy, MP35N, Inconel (X750, 625, 718 etc.), Hastelloy and Titanium etc. Material size range: 0.1mm to 80mm Vast raw material stocks and 24-hour production allow rapid delivery when necessary. In-house heat-treatment with fully monitored and traceable data recording. In-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT / NDE): Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Inspection. In-house finish treatments: Powder Coat, Plascoat (PPA571) Aluminised Metal, Shotpeening, Glassbeading etc. 2013: Massive expansion onto a 7-acre site / 90,000sq ft. facility to complement the existing UK production sites gives world-class facilities to meet the needs of our world-wide customer base. 2014: Further expansion of the product range to include Belleville Washers and Disc Springs supplied from Stainless Steels and Exotic Materials such as Inconel X750 and Inconel 718, and Elgiloy.
