Hastings Machine Company employs high speed, multi-spindle screw machines in the production of large lots of finished and semi-finished shapes. We are equipped with supplemental operations designed to achieve customized specifications involving tapping and CNC turning. Close working partnerships with heat-treaters, platers, metallurical labs, and complimentary machine shops extend the capability of Hastings to meet the needs of markets requiring uniquely engineered parts. Steel and aluminum bars, round and hex, from 1/2" to 2 5/8" are processed in lengths up to 6: at the Hastings plant. Hastings' continually reviews the demands and expansion of its equipment parameters to deal with other sizes and materials.
