| | Heitz Machine is located in Maryland Heights, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. St. Louis is an excellent location as a logistical "hub" for transportation in the United States.
Heitz Machine was started in 1946. From its begining, Heitz was a production job shop that specialized in aggressive machining of complex parts. As the company grew it developed strong capabilities in two distinct areas: A) CNC turning and milling for complex parts B) Screw machine parts. Over the years the company developed a reputation for quality. This is still the case today as we move into the next century. The company has been at its present location since 1964 and operates out of a 40,000 square foot facility.
The Future is Now
In the early 1990's it became obvious that the job-shop machining industry was changing dramatically and that Heitz Machine must also change to remain competitive and grow.
