In addition to contract machining, we manufacture a wide range of welding tips, nozzles and parts, including our CCZ long-life welding tip. The CCZ tip, made of a copper chrome zirconium alloy, can extend tip life up to four times in robotic welding settings. This extra life adds valuable production time, by avoiding shutdowns for unscheduled tip changes. | |
