Sparky-II is designed to provide inert Argon atmosphere for the precision welding of reactive metals and non-reactive metals. It was created and invented for the United States Department of Defense and now brought to you. The patent pending purging process of our welding chamber allows the Argon gas to expel atmospheric gases efficiently and quickly.
Secret Sauce
Argon Gas is dispersed THREE times before it enters the chamber.We combine a unique manifold design, with a counterintuitive flow to the floor of Sparky-II and then through the perforated holes of the two piece work floor.
Effective welding of stainless steel, titanium, nickel, zirconium, and other nonferrous metals requires the proper tools to create a perfect weld environment. Purging equipment and its use can have a major impact on preventing oxidation and improving final weld quality.
