A computerized Inventory Management Program is set-up at I. B. Moore which is fully integrated with Inventory of Raw Materials and Finished Goods, Bill of Materials and Work Order Processing. This system module makes it possible to have individual work orders entered for scheduling purposes, issue material components, track progress of the work order throughout the shop, monitor work load and efficiencies of the work centers, and through the reports section survey data and status of work order. This helps to enable I. B. Moore to respond quickly to the needs of the customer.
