JDV PRODUCTS INS. is a manufacturer of a complete line of wire connection tools such as wire wrap/unwrap hand tools, standard and custom bits and sleeves, semi-automatic wire wrap machines, CSW bits/sleeves, cut/strip tools, test/precut/ stripped electronic wire and Kynar wire rolls. We also supply pneumatic tools for cutting, crimping, bending, or gripping of wire, wire ribbon, pins/terminals, copper bars, or plastics. Also, we have air scissors for tough textiles materials such as Kevlar. JDV has a wide selection of precision hand tools, industrial bits, ceramic tip adjusters/tuning tools. Our latest product line includes fiber optic tools such as cleavers, patch cords, and connectors.

Tools used in plastic Industry for degating of plastic sprues and parts, but also in electronics assembly for wire cutting and crimping, hole punching, parts gripping, etc. JDV also provides a special & custom build tools, semiautomatic fixtures or complete automatic degating lines used in plastic industry sectors for automotive, medical, electronic production.
With more than 30 different Nipper models and over 300 standard and special blades, we have one of the largest and unique selections of degating cutters & tools in the world.
We also carry Vessel hand and air tools and Stat Clean And Stat Buster Series of static eliminating products including static erasors, ion bars, ion/bem guns, wrist straps.
JDV has the Vessel products distribution net through out the North America, Canad and Mexico.
We were the first to introduce a line of highly specialized Heated Trust Cut Nippers along with a complete line of accessories and constantly designing innovating tools for this industry. The latest addition complimenting the JDV product line is the introduction of the complete line of End of Arm Tooling – modular robotic system used for parts handling after the molding cycle.
