Our manufacturing capabilities include: heater winding, coiling, braiding, sleeving, wire cutting, terminating, harnessing, soldering, welding, splicing, stripping, heat shrinking, RF welded post insulating and related wire operations.
The majority of our business is foil heaters. These heaters are constructed by encapsulating a fiberglass rope heater or moisture resistant heater in aluminum foil that has an adhesive on one side. This adhesive can then be used to make a permanent contact with the surface that needs to be heated.
