| | Hydraulic equipment repair, including custom hoses and fittings, in-house machine shop. We work on cranes, bucket trucks, derrick trucks, garbage tucks, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Kobelco, AMF, John Deere, etc. We can machine rods and pistons on our in-house lathe. We work on pallet jacks and hand held tools such as Greenlee.
We are the only hydraulic shop in town that tests your cylinders before they are installed on your equipment. We are capable of testing from 25 psi to 5000 psi, and can test any size cylinder made. If it will fit inside our 3500′ sq shop, we can test it! We perform our testing with our 70k hydraulic Nut Buster®, on a testing table custom built by Jim.
