| Zibo KNC Petroleum Equipment covering 88,000 square meters with building area of 43,000 square meters, specializes in producing various kinds of plunger pumps, mud pumps and other petroleum machinery equipment as well as related spare parts. The pumps we produce enjoy longer service life, since the following problems are settled. 1. Material: Smelting technics and material composition are strictly required to be in accordance with the international standard. Advanced detection devices (such as metal spectrograph) are equipped to verify and guarantee the mechanical strength of metal material meeting the use requirements. 2. Pump casing is processed by high-precision CNC machining equipment to ensure the perpendicularity within 0.02mm between the crankshaft and three holes of the crossheads and parallelism of the three holes within 0.02mm. Thus, the reasonable operation of each part is fundamentally ensured and the service life of the pump is extended. 3. The company has its own rubber,polyurethane research institutions and production plants.It equips testing instruments for material tensile strength, wear, cracking, elastic deformation, low-temperature brittleness , and special experimental plate-form for checking the service life of rubber and urethane seals. Its wide range of packing, valve rubber and piston rubber all reach the level of the similar products abroad and extend the service life of the pump. 4. US supersonic flame spray technology is introduced to spray plunger and other wearing parts with tungsten alloy. The hardness can reach HRC65 or more, which greatly improves the wear resistance and service life of parts. |
