Our metal stampings can be produced from a variety of materials in any shape imaginable. We can work to your exact specifications, or we can help you design custom metal stampings to your requirements. We have a number of in-house stamping processes that will ensure the quality and precision you need with a price and delivery that will exceed your expectations.
Our wire products can either be formed or drawn from a number of materials. Our wire forms include springs, clips, pins and rings that can be used for thousands of applications. Our drawn wire products include steel wire, brass wire, nickel and stainless steel wire, just to name a few materials.
Ken-tron Mfg., Inc. has been providing precision metal stampings to industry for over 45 years. Each year, we provide millions of dollars worth of metal stampings to customers all over the world in a variety of industries using a range of materials from .001 thick to 4 foot wide. We create quality progressive die stampings, four slide/multi slide metal stampings and deep drawn metal stampings using state-of-the-art equipment in our Owensboro, Ky. Facility.
Ken-tron Wire Division purchases wire at large diameters and redraws these wires to smaller diameters (as small as .002" - less than half the thickness of a human hair). We can furnish you with wire from .002" to .250" in quantities as small as one pound.
Wire can be supplied in coil form, pay-pack barrels or spools.
Ken-tron Mfg., Inc. fabricates wire into shapes such as clips, springs, pins and rings with four-slide and multi-slide machines. Our wire forming operations are capable of producing a wire form with a diameter of up to .125 inches.
