About Laser Cutting Services, Inc.:
Laser Cutting Services is a specialized job shop providing precision laser cutting of metals. We maintain a large inventory of carefully selected flat-rolled products that includes steels, alloys, stainless, aluminum, and brass. As a premier provider of laser cutting services in the Pacific Northwest, we combine state-of-the-art CNC cutting technology with old-fashioned service and attention to detail. Our dedicated staff of machine operators, CAD programmers, material handlers and sales professionals have expertise with a wide variety of applications ranging from artwork to aerospace.

Since 1995, we have focused on doing one thing really well. Every day we take pride in our ability to produce high-quality parts quickly and cost-efficiently. We serve a diverse group of manufacturers and job shops in a wide array of industries all striving to meet the fast-paced, "Just In Time" needs of today's competitive business environment.

Our large inventory is just one way we've organized our resources so that we can consistently provide the highest quality and fastest turn-around available in our industry. We operate multiple lasers over two shifts, processing hundreds of orders each week. All orders are nested to achieve the best material utilization and by combining orders we're able to reduce material waste while reducing setup times for everyone's benefit.

The many advantages CO2 laser cutting provides are well established in the metal working industry. Aside from speed, accuracy and high repeatability, lasers produce the cleanest, smoothest edges, and they do it cost effectively and with a high degree if repeatability. Even though the process is a thermal cutting method, the heat-affected zone is typically small and easily managed. The tightly focused laser beam removes very little material, allowing for intricate cutting and close nesting of parts. Control over a large number of cut variables makes it possible to cut a wide variety of materials quickly, cleanly, and accurately, all with no tooling and minimum setup time.
