| | We are a small rubber molding company located in the Tuscarawas County Port Authority ( www.tuscport.com ) in Dover, OH. We specialize in rubber and rubber to metal bonded components. Our small size allows us to pay close attention to cost, quality and delivery. We take on parts from larger rubber companies that are difficult to run, volumes are excessively high/ low or parts which are no longer profitable for a larger company to make. Our low overhead and access to an owner operated mold shop allows us to take a product from concept to delivery at a lower than traditional cost to our customer. We can accommodate various customer molds or can build you a new one at a dramatically reduced price. Our custom built compression/transfer presses use highly controlled 3 zone and 9 zone electric platens for consistent/even curing. We have recently added a 350 ton vacuum compression/transfer molding press as well. We are currently manufacturing components for the military, automotive and the oil/gas industries but are aggressively looking to expand our portfolio. We are located in the heart of rubber country near Akron, OH. and have extensive experience with molding rubber.
