| Ken has over thirty years experience working in and consulting for manufacturing companies. He held a number of management positions in various manufacturing companies and was a Senior Vice-President and Partner at H.B. Maynard and Company, an international management consulting firm.
Currently, he is an independent manufacturing consultant specializing in the training and implementation of lean manufacturing principles. He also holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Practice Management in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
He has a B.S. Degree in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated from their Executive Development Program. Ken is a long-standing member of the Lean Enterprise Institute.
Ken offers lean assessments, implementations, and training. The assessment determines current level of "leanness" and employee readiness for implementing lean principles. Implementation is facilitated and guided using production and support staff teams.
