| Molded Dimensions, Inc., founded in 1954, engineers and molds custom rubber and cast polyurethane mechanical parts for OEM and aftermarket industries. We manufacture components ranging in size from ½ ounce to over 60 pounds and we are experts in both long and short run jobs. Our custom molded rubber and cast polyurethane products are used in a wide range of industries and applications including: automotive & transportation, healthcare, construction, waste management, marine, high speed packaging, plumbing, mining, small engine, electronics, heavy machines, and agriculture. Common Rubber applications: Seals Foot pads Dampeners Bladders Grommets Bushings Diaphragms Boots Tubes and Hoses Shock Mounts Common Urethane Applications: Rollers Scrapers Gears Liners Couplings Drive wheels Impellors Insulators U Cups Squeegees We are fully integrated. Our capabilities include compound formulation, insert bonding, tool design and construction, die cutting, precision machine finishing, cryogenic deflashing, special packaging and inventory programs. A full time Chemist on staff demonstrates our commitment to high quality material compounding and control. We have compounds that meet FDA, 3A, flammability, automotive, military, and medical requirements. Natural rubber, SBR, Butyl, Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicone, FKM, Hydrin, and EPDM are all available to our customers. One of our most unique capabilities is our ability to provide product from world wide manufacturers supported by MDI's local technical service and support. We call this GlocalSource. Product in this program is consistent with our high domestic quality standards and requirements. Molded Dimensions adheres to industry standard RMA molding standards and is proud to be ISO9001 registered. Our company's mission is to be a custom molder of elastomeric materials for original equipment manufacturers. We are dedicated to being technically oriented in the cast polyurethane and molded rubber fields.
