| Our Noise and Vibration Control Products are designed to provide healthy, safety, highly effective and friendly environment. NERMAR's expertise provides exceptional noise and vibration reduction within minimal cost in standard or custom engineered solution. Our success is based on - considerate contacts with Customer focusing on 100% requirements compliance, - advanced computerized object modeling using finite element stress / strength analysis, - structural design accompanied by dynamic, acoustical and air/gas dynamic flow calculations supporting by mathematical modeling and thermodynamic, heat / mass transfer equations, - optimal sizing of product with the best acoustical performance within minimal price, - scheduled fabrication technology and quality controllable manufacture, - final inspection of product. For silencers and mufflers: we pay the great attention to balanced calculation of pressure drop and dynamic insertion loss to achieve the required acoustic performance within minimal cost. All our silencers are designed to perform the highest grades where deepest silencing required. We fabricate: • Variety of Rectangular Silencers for every possible residential, commercial, industrial, experimental, research application • Vent Silencers • Locomotive Mufflers • Compressor Silencers • Fan Silencers • Blower Silencers • Engine Mufflers • Vacuum Pump Silencers • Silencing Filters • Acoustical Enclosures For silencers, mufflers, noise enclosures we use sheet metal: carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, satin covered steel. For improving of acoustical and thermal properties of silencers, mufflers, noise enclosures we use fiber glass, mineral wool, metallic mesh, and other special materials. Standard price includes the installation of 125 pound flanges, but we can mount other type of flanges. Side connections, pads and mounting supports and brackets, and flanged outlet nozzles are available as well. For carbon steel surface we provide prime coating, painting by grey, black BBQ or as per Customer desire and spec, including sandblasting and special protective paint. We provide our products for the same price in two options: 1. Customer selects the type and all dimensions, and we manufacture. 2. Customer gives the data and requirements, we design and manufacture. |
