| | New Frontier Industries is a subsidary of U.S. Bronze Foundry & Machine Inc. and a sister company to Lubrite® Technologies. New Frontier Industries is a high integrity foundry, which utilizes a diversity of casting techniques and services to support all levels of our customer's requirements.
Our facility specializes in high integrity non-ferrous and ferrous castings. Our alloy list is comprised of aluminum, copper based alloys and heat and corrosion resistant steels. We utilize three casting processes, No Bake (dry sand), Centrifugal, and Precision Shell molding. We offer castings from ounces to thousands of pounds. For customers who require it, we offer a variety of value added services such as metallurgical certification, liquid penetrate, heat treating, radiographic inspection and pattern construction.
Our various abilities allow us to tailor your specific needs to the most cost efficient alloy and casting process, while enabling us to have direct control of production from pattern to final casting.
At NFI, we maintain a staff of sales engineers who are prepared to travel to your facility to discuss, in detail, all aspects of casting techniques, tolerance, alloy and specification. Working with your design engineers, we can provide valuable information and help at the design stage, saving valuable dollars at the end.
The main markets we serve are the mining, petro-chemical, furnance builders, defense, valve and pump, medical, decorative lighting, telecommuncations and the commerical equipment industries just to name a few. | |
