| | Nice Instrumentation has been in business since 1985. Our company has focused energies on the design and implementation of the vortex technology for the purpose of flow measurement of steam, gases, and liquids. Our experience base dates back to the beginning of the vortex technology. Gerald Nice, president and owner of Nice Instrumentation Inc., helped design one of the first vortex meters sold in the world, in nineteen seventy three when he worked for Neptune Measurement Inc. , the inventor of vortex shedding, prior to starting his own company.
All of the products manufactured by Nice Instrumentation Inc. are totally manufactured in the U.S.A. All stainless steel parts are machined from solid bar stock and no castings. Nice Instrumentation Inc. has its own metal machining shop, and a separate sales office with an experience base which dates back to the beginning of the vortex technology.
All parts in the stream of flow are electron beam welded allowing for no leak paths. The electronics are two wire state of the art designs: low voltage microprocessor with flash memory, and full serial communication. Nice Instrumentation Inc. prides itself on producing a high quality product that meets, or exceeds the specifications of comparable products in the market place.
