| | Nyle was founded in Bangor, Maine, USA in 1977 by Samuel Nyer and Donald Lewis. The name "Nyle" consists of the first two letters of their names.
The first lumber dryer was installed in 1978 and subsequently, Donald Lewis invented the Nyle XDH process, which was patented. Nyle has grown steadily over the years by committing to top quality equipment, very attentive customer service, a depth of expertise unmatched in the industry, fair pricing, and hard work.
Nyle intends that their employees understand lumber drying, as well as equipment operation. Nyle also sponsors kiln drying seminars, taught by highly respected and experienced people both from inside and outside the company. | |
