PDCCO offers full service Custom Die Casting in both aluminum and zinc alloys. Satisfying customers since 1918, we are large enough to fulfill your requirements for small and large quanitity runs yet provide personal attention with a company history of quality products on schedule and within budget.
The plant operates on a 24 hour/5 day a week schedule. We cater to or surpass industry standards for delivery and service. The facility includes 24,000 sq feet of production space and warehouses with a total of 9,200 sq. feet of storage space.
Starting design with Solidworks and Cadkey, we can quote depending on the part, low 500 pieces to orders in the hundreds of thousands. Existing tooling or new, no problem. (Contact us for a checklist of information needed for existing tooling quotes.) Send the prints for quote to the attention of our engineering Department. Do not forget to specify your alloy and quantity needed (per release and yearly estimates).
We also offer value added services: Finishing, Machining, Vibratory Deburring, Assembly, Washing, Inspection, SPC and Bar code shipping and more. In addition to these services we have had a long association with our die builders, painters, plater and anodizing subcontractor sources have been utilized with sucess as well as specialized testing labs.
STOCK HANDWHEELS:
Including our custom die casting services we also offer a stock line of Valve Handwheels. They are used by various industries on equipment to open and shut by hand valves of numerous kinds. This is a standard item and supplied from stock. (Contact us for price lists, product information and samples.)
If our stock handwheel inner hole sizes do not fit your requirements, we can furnish special size and shape (stemports) inner holes, limited only by the cross section strength of the dimension of the hub. This custom insert tooling charge is only approximately $250.00 (one time charge) and gives you the freedom of using a stock line handwheel price for a custom fit. Minimum ordering quantity is $50.00 zinc and $100.00 aluminum. You can order a mix of sizes to reach this minimum.
