| | Precision Custom Components’ core competency is the manufacture of large custom equipment (to 600 tons) involving challenging welding and machining requirements, tight tolerances, and robust QA procedures. Within our 250,000 sq ft facility, our 270+ people have fabricated large pressure vessels and other vessels and specialty equipment for the commercial nuclear, biofuels, solar, military/government, energy and process industries. Our customers include Westinghouse, GE, AREVA, ExxonMobil, Dow, DuPont, US Navy, National Laboratories, electric utilities, and others. PCC maintains ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Section III (N, NS, and NPT stamps) and Section VIII Division 1, 2, and 3 certification (R, U, U2 and U3 stamps). We are one of only ten firms worldwide who maintain ASME Section VIII Division 3 certification for the design and manufacture of large, ultra high pressure vessels.
