All tooling is done in-house which minimizes your time and costs, for on-time new product launch activities. Prototypes Precision Wire Forms Inc. CNC wire formers provide a quick and cost effective way of producing prototypes while keeping tooling costs and piece price to a minimum until the final design is achieved. Manufacturing Precision Wire Forms Inc. uses only the latest high technology, state-of-the-art wire forming machinery to produce complex wire forms, and stampings in one operation, eliminating costly secondary operations. Equipped with servo feed systems and part transfer capability, our production equipment has the ability to, form, bend, wind, broach, chamfer, coin, de-burr, grind, punch, rivet, stamp, swage, weld, and assemble. Multiple axes wire formers are equipped with in/out and up/down programmable servo winders. The CNC wire forming machinery has the ability to form wire from .0047Ø (.12mm) and up to .551Ø (14mm). Computerized gauging technology automatically adjusts the process during the forming operations to maintain the dimensional specifications entered into the CNC control. Quality Control Precision Wire Forms Inc. adheres to the strict requirements of QS 9000 standards throughout the manufacturing process. High technology state-of-the-art equipment is not limited to manufacturing, but is also used in our laboratory for maintaining the highest quality products. Utilization of a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), computerized load tester, SPC print out, a programmable optical comparator, hardness tester, and other test equipment, ensures that all parts meet your critical specifications. |
