| | Protocast- JLC (John List Corporation) was founded in 1966 as a facility to produce plastic patterns for prototype investment casting. The company evolved into a full-service facility and in 1974 the investment casting foundry capability was added.
Today, Protocast- JLC operates the “Lost Wax” investment casting facility pouring aluminum, copper-based, and steel investment casting alloys. The machining facility was moved into larger quarters in 1984 and operates as a prototype to 4th axis CNC operation. | |
