In addition to manufacturing, Quality Tool houses a design and prototype division, QTI Design & Prototype, specializing in design for manufacturability (DFM) and two week prototypes. Our designers offer innovative solutions for mechanical design and product development. We relish design challenges and can provide both cost saving and award winning solutions. As a full-service design house, we have resources for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for thermal, fluid flow, or stress/strain analysis to further improve and verify a design.
