| | We started RF Precision in 2003 as a medical and dental contract manufacturing service. At present, we have three Swiss machines, two with ¾” and one with ½” bar diameter capacity. We also have two Haas vertical CNC mills, one with a 4th axis. In our Finishing area we have vibratory and magnetic polishing, passivation, and laser marking. We run two shifts Monday through Friday from 6:00AM until 1:00 AM.
We use Autocad for in-house CAD, and have Esprit CAM software, so we can import almost any form of customer data.
We are FDA & GMP compliant, and have our ISO9001 & ISO13485 certifications. | |
