The company serves the controls, appliance, transportation, medical, scientific and leisure equipment industries. It's products and capabilities include compression, extension, torsion, double torsion and clock springs, flat and round wire forms, stampings, clips, prototypes, a small order department, design assistance and sub-assemblies.
In 1990, the company relocated to it's new 34,000 square foot facility in Elyria, Ohio.
Our engineering staff is trained to solve design and manufacturing problems, and includes a design engineer whose duties include analyzing customer part designs to assure that the parts will meet all expectations.

The Reliable Spring & Wire Forms Company's products include all types of extension, compression, torsion, double torsion, and flat springs; spring stampings; rings; clips and springs assemblies. The company handles all spring materials including carbon steels, stainless steel, phosphor bronze, brass, beryllium copper, inconel, monel, and nickel alloys.
Ranges include .008" to .207" round and shaped wire, and .006" to .060" thick x .125" to 4" wide strip.
The company's equipment includes CNC wire formers; automatic coilers; torsion winders; coiler-loopers, grinders; fourslide machines; punch presses to 50-ton capacity; unique forming, bending and hooking machines to our own design; complete tool and die facilities; stress relieving and tumbling equipment; testing and inspection equipment; and innumerable multi-purpose jigs and fixtures, which often eliminate costly tooling.
