For over a decade, Rotary Systems has established itself globally as the industry leader in the design and manufacture of standard and custom rotary joints and unions. This mechanical device allows the transfer of pressurized fluid and/or gas from a stationary source into a rotating piece of equipment. Standard and custom multi-passage rotary unions are available in numerous material, seal and passage size options. Our unions are also available with an electrical slip ring option to transfer power, signal, or data with one complete assembly. Slip rings are readily available in 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36 circuits. Numerous circuit configurations are also available upon request for custom rotary union/slip ring assemblies. Our design team has over 35 years of combined experience in the rotary union business and has designed and manufactured over 700 custom rotary unions.
