SCHNORR®, established in 1908, is a ISO/TS 16949:2002, QS-9000 and ISO-9001 certified manufacturer of conical spring washers. They are known as Belleville Springs, Disc Springs, Spring Washers, Safety Washers, or Load washers. The standard product range conforms to DIN 2093, DIN 6796 or Works-Norms. A large inventory of standard sizes are available for same day shipment from our Ann Arbor, Michigan facility In addition, a wide range of special sizes from 0.120 to 40 inches in diameter and material thickness up to 3.00 inches are available from a variety of spring steels and other special materials. SCHNORR® disc spring sales range also includes assembled and tested stacks of springs from standard or from custom-made sizes including combinations with flat discs. Special "ultra-high" overall high tolerances, less then ½ the DIN 2093 standards, are available by special request. Extensive cross reference to DLA, NSN 5310, NIIN 5310 series are available. CAGE Code 9M527. SCHNORR® Serrated Safety Washers are the world standard. SCHNORR® "K" series are intended for the special purpose of pre-loading ball bearings The SCHNORR® Handbook for disc springs provides comprehensive information on design, materials and manufacture of disc springs. In addition to the dimensions contained in the DIN 2093 we manufacture a multitude of other spring sizes in accordance with our works standard for which we also apply the quality stipulations of DIN 2093. The springs of the "K" series are intended for the special purpose of pre-loading ball bearings. In addition to that we manufacture disc springs in various special sizes from 3 mm up to over 1000 mm in diameter and up to a thickness of 80 mm from spring steel and all technically feasible special materials.
