Return Policy All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. Obtaining an RMA Number To initiate the return process, send an email request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you'll need before sending back your product.
