| | Southeastern Anodizing (SEACO) is part of the O-Flex Group, Inc. which is comprised of four domestic locations (1 in Clanton AL, 2 in Mufreesboro TN, and 1 sales office in Rochester Hills MI). O-Flex also has six Asian Locations and a European Partnership with Novelis-Germany. This enables us to respond to customer needs in nearly every quadrant of the globe. O-Flex / SEACO is primarily an Automotive based company but we are in the process of diversifying our Clanton Alabama Anodizing facility (SEACO) into many other areas such as Medical, Food Industry, and Military. Our current capabilities at SEACO allow us to Type II Anodize (Clear, Satin, & Black) on Aluminum components and extrusions up to 9 feet in length. We hope to have a new line installed sometime in 2008 capable of running 2-Step anodize. This new line will give us the capability of multiple colors and be able to run lengths much longer than our current capabilities allow. We also have four brand new 3-axis CNC Machining centers at SEACO and are capable of Lathe turning, Metal Stamping, Precision Cutting and Punching operations. SEACO also offers final assembly services as well as final packaging and shipment to the end user if so desired. We currently perform these operations for several Foreign Domestic Automotive Assembly plants in the Southeast. SEACO currently has about 80,000 square feet under roof and 14 total acres of land to expand on in Clanton Alabama. Being located only 40 miles south of Birmingham, SEACO is only a short distance away from several of the Southeastern Automotive Assembly plants which keeps transportation costs to a minimum and allows easy access to us from our customers.
