Many of our customers moved from Sand casting method to Permanent Mold casting method to get more detail and reproducibility of dimensions, finer grain structure. Permanent Mold castings are stronger than Sand casted products as dictated by the method. While Die casting will provide overall quality above Permanent Mold castings, high tooling cost will prohibit some project.
