Our products and services are: tool and die, die design and manufacture, precision metal stamping, miniature precision component fabrication, bare miniature printed circuit boards fabrication and precision balls.
For over 50 years, we have designed and fabricated numerous press dies for custom stamping services to our demanding Japanese customers in the electronics industries. Our niche is progressive die design, transfer die design, draw die design, and blanking die design. We provide custom deep draw stamping and high speed stamping services.
Our comprehensive range of swiss automatics and escomatics enable us to specialize in turned parts from diameter 0.1mm upwards. These include micro shafts for micro motors, connector pins, contact pins, PCB probes, automotive parts, watch parts etc.
Our PCBs are single-sided and double-sided PTH in small form such as 1mm by 2.5mm. These PCBs are used in instrumentation, medical and optical devices.
Our precision balls are from diameter 0.1mm to 3mm. We have supplied extensively to electronics industry and stepper motor manufacturers.
