| We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of a wide variety of rubber hoses and other related rubber products in China. Equipped with good facilities and advanced technical backup. Our Rubber and Plastic plant occupies an area of 58,000 Square Meters, we have 227 staff all together. Among them, 13 are senior engineers, 55 are technical staff. Annual output reaches to USD$24 million. We have more than 120 equipment, off them, One Production Line of Waterproof Roll, One Vulcanization Production Line of Auto-Temperature-Control & Continuously-Squeezing-Out Type, One Geotextile Production Line, Five Rubber Mixing Machines, Five Banbury Mixers, One Hundred and Three Vulcanizing Machines, One Culvert Production Line, One Plate Bending Machine With Three Rollers, One Crimping Machine With Two Rollers, One Hydraulic Crimping Machine, One Flange Making Machine, One Bending Machine, One Hydraulic Press Machine, Three Drilling Machines, Sixteen Welding Machines, etc. We have more than 20 inspection and testing equipment, including, Electronic Tensile Testing Machine, Aging Testing Oven, Low Temperature Testing Equipment, Hardness Tester, Thickness Gauge, Rubber Sheet Grinding Machine, Carbon Black Dispersion Tester, Viscometer, Vulkameter, Multi-element Analyzer, etc.. We produce various industrial rubber hoses, such as air hoses, water hoses, steam hoses, oil hoses, petroleum hoses, food hoses, chemical hoses, fire fighting hoses, sandblast hoses, welding machine rubber hoses, and low pressure, medium pressure & high pressure hydraulic hoses, etc. Also we produce various agricultural, automotive, marine and various rubber hoses for special purposes. Besides of various rubber hoses, we also produce and supply many other rubber products, such as water stops. We supply various meshes and wires, too.
