About Taylor Made Machinery Ltd:
 Based in Langley Berkshire Taylor Made Machinery Ltd build automated tray denesting, product feeding, counting and collating machines for the food, confectionery, medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Adrian Taylor, the MD of TMM originally spent 18 years with Dart Development Ltd, manufacturers of tray denesting & vacuum feeding systems, as Operations Manager where he was responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of equipment. In November 1999 Adrian Taylor formed TMM as a separate company and when Dart Development Ltd ceased manufacturing machines, they exclusively authorised all support and maintenance of existing Dart installations to be carried out by TMM. Based in Langley Berkshire, TMM serve a UK & European market. With over 23 years experience in the industry, Adrian Taylor, the MD, has achieved in the region of 800 installations to date.

We manufacture machines for any application that requires denesting of stackable products from a magazine. Our machines can handle PVC, PP, EPS, CPET, moulded pulp, aluminium foil & paper board, denesting infeeds at speeds in excess of 100 items per minute.

Mmachines to count & batch items such as greeting cards, credit cards, sachets & medical dressings onto conveyor belts, with additional features such as missed detection systems, multiple magazines and no tool adjustments.

Machines for feeding & collating multiple items such as leaflets and labels, anything stackable, into flow wrappers or cartoning systems at high speeds.

Provided your product is stackable in a magazine or hopper we can manufacture a machine to pick it and place it onto a packaging or assembly line.
