| TELELEC CORPN. INDIA is a leading player in the specialised field of electric heating. The company was founded in 1971, and for the past 34 years, we have supplied heating elements for all manner of applications. We manufacture heating elements for domestic appliances and for industrial applications, and are O.E. suppliers to some of the best-known home appliance brands in India. In addition to heaters for home appliances, we also manufacture heating elements that are custom built to suit the client's specific requirement, be it for a new project or for import substitution. We service a wide variety of industries, viz. • Petrochemicals, • Plastic, • Electronics, • Electrical, • Nuclear power, • Printing, • Lighting, • Air Conditioning, • Automotive, • Heat Treatment, • Cement, We also have quality certification from the bureau of Indian Standards since 1986, and are also pursuing ISO 9002 certification. (Our Quality Manual is available on demand). We manufacture all kinds of heaters, from ceramic heaters, to tubular heaters, and bare wire heaters for use in ovens and furnaces. Products shown in our catalogue comprise only our standard range. We specialize in the manufacture of custom-built heaters as per the client's requirement, and provide a complete solution from concept to design and final manufacture. Like all other heaters manufactured by us, tubular heaters can also be manufactured as per the client's specific requirement/specification. Tubular heaters are made in various tube sizes and materials, M.S., S.S. AISI 300 series tubes, copper and Incoloy etc, depending on the application. At TELELEC, we believe that a good product can only be made from quality materials and good engineering practices. We make use of only the best materials available. Our raw materials are sourced from industry leaders and pioneers all over the world. Resistance alloys are sourced from Sandvik Asia Ltd, formerly, Kanthal India Ltd., MgO from EFP, and tubes from industry leaders worldwide. Constant qualitative improvements in construction and raw materials allow us to maintain our edge in the marketplace. Spare heaters are available for furnaces, air dryers, extruders etc. of different international makes. TELELEC also offers the service of design of heaters and heater bundles for use in the process industry. We can supply complete heating systems along with control panels, contactor or thyristor based for any application.
