The manufacturing facility contains the necessary tools and equipment to assemble, wire, and ship a large variety of control panels. Some stock type materials are maintained in our inventory. We have local and same-day delivery material suppliers for quick turnaround, if necessary..

Temcor Systems has been an approved and certified UL (Underwriters Laboratories) manufacturing facility since June of 1992. We also became cUL (Canadian certified) in May of 2004.

Quality Assurance
Temcor makes every attempt to provide properly engineered and defect free equipment. Engineering drawings and PLC programs are checked for completeness and accuracy by the original designer prior to submittal approvals and the manufacturing process. During the assembly and wiring, and at completion, the control panels are visually inspected and a point-to-point check of wiring is performed. All hardwired devices, such as, but not limited to, relays, pilot lights, etc.... are powered up to insure proper operation.
PLC programs designed by Temcor Systems are simulated through software testing and/or run through the processor and panel prior to shipment.
