About Tollman Spring Co., Inc.:
 SPRINGS
Tollman Spring manufactures a wide variety of compression, extension and torsion springs to meet the exact specifications of our customers. We utilize many types of equipment including BHS Torin multi-axis camless coilers, MEC automatic loopers and Itaya multi-operational wireformers. This equipment is capable of producing extension springs with different loop configurations, compression springs with barrel, conical or hourglass shapes and torsion and double torsion springs. SPC is performed on all critical dimensions to ensure we meet the specified tolerances required. All coilers are equipped with an electronic monitoring device to inspect springs 100%. This system measures free length, controls the pitch and sorts the springs resulting in decreased rejects, scrap parts and labor. All of our springs are then given a final inspection before shipping.

WIREFORMING
Tollman Spring specializes in manufacturing wireforms of various configurations. Our sophisticated CNC wireforming machines can produce parts complete to print that previously could only be achieved with expensive secondary operations. This equipment also utilizes standard tooling that can be used on most parts. This feature eliminates the need for expensive tooling in most instances.

FOURSLIDE FORMING
The features of fourslide machines often prove economical when considering production of intricate springs, stampings and wireforms. By eliminating the carrying strip and utilizing material the same width as the part, material costs can be reduced. Fourslide tools can also cost substantially less than power press tools, subsequently lowering start up costs. Complex forming operations that cannot be completed on a power press without expensive secondary operations can be formed easily on a fourslide.
