| | As of December 31, 2012 UTITEC, Inc. completed its acquisition of the assets and operations of the deep draw division in Watertown, CT and the Englewood Colorado flat stamp division that had been previously owned and operated by Accellent, Inc. and brought them both under one roof. UTITEC, Inc. specializes in high precision, large volume deep drawn metal components and custom fabrication services of precision eyelets and flat stamping manufacturing market. In our continued commitment to reduce cost and lead-times for our valued customers we have made significant improvements since this time by adding extensive value with the additions of several new processes, services, and certifications specifically for the medical device & packaging, electronic, automotive and industrial industries. We are CERTIFIED in ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008. We have/are implementing numerous in-house operations that include, Heat Treating, Citric Acid Passivation and Cleanroom Packaging.
