From Experimental Mesh to High Volume Production...
Cloth widths from 1/2" up to 100" are woven at UNIQUE, insuring we are able to offer the best possible solution at the most economical price. Should an experimental mesh design utilizing a new high temperature alloy, any of the refractory elements, a precious metal, or a special combination of mesh and wire diameter be required, we have the capability to weave it. Even if you need a mesh with over 90% open area, UNIQUE has woven it.

A review of the manufacturing facility and procedures reveals that quality assurance is a primary concern. Modern electronic devices in conjunction with UNIQUE's highly trained and skilled craftsmen monitor every inch of cloth for perfection. Whether supplying roll goods or fabricated parts, UNIQUE offers certifications based on absolute material traceability, as well as customized handling and inspection procedures.
The quality control and assurance systems meet at a minimum the requirements of ASTM E2016, MIL-I-45208A, and MIL-STD-45662A.
