We offer a wide range of replacement hoses several major Hot Melt Manufactures, (Nordson® / Slautterback® / HMT® / Moen® / Graco® / Melt-On® / ITW® ). Hoses are built to stringent standards which match or exceed the original manufactures designs. All hoses are a direct replacement which requires no modifications to your machines.
Universal Heated Hoses Manufactures our Mid Pressure hose assemblies in house which provides quick turn around time. We offer several fitting types. Hydraulic End Fittings includes JIC female swivel, NPT Male, BSPP Swivel, TriClamp, Tube End fittings, Compression Fittings and much more.
Our Standard hose covering is a polyester heavy duty braid which provides excellent abrasion protection. We also offer a premier material for extreme and flexing conditions. Also available is a moisture covering for outdoor application.

The TCR - 120 is a perfect option for a quick solution to get your hoses in production quickly. The TCR is a ready to run controller which mates to the series 170 and 171 high pressure series hoses. Universal Heated Hoses has a complete selection of connectors to mate with your existing equipment. Design requires connectors to supply power to gun or applicators on the output end of the hose, we have the connector for your system.
