Our CNC turning capabilities range from 3/16" diameter to 16" diameter and we are capable of handling work up to 40" in length between centers. Our large Lathes have 3-5/8" through holes, 10" and 12" chucks, and are equipped with programmable tail stocks. In addition, Twin Spindle turning machines equipped with live tooling eliminates the need to handle the work pieces while allowing us to perform several operations at once-this allows us to extend a cost savings to you, our valued customer.
Our CNC Mill capabilities allow us to handle parts that fit within a 20" x 40" work cube. Machines are equipped with 50 Taper Tool holders and Automated Tool Changers, eliminating the timely cost of manual tool loading. To enhance quality control our machines are equipped with Renshaw Probing Systems which allow us to affordably and accurately probe each work piece if necessary.
