Our capabilities include the ability to produce castings from less than 1 pound to over 4000 pounds. Our staff of degreed engineers is available to assist in all your casting needs, from concept to completion in 200 different alloys. Our flexible facility includes a full service pattern shop, 3 different molding processes, in-house non-destructive testing facilities and a precision machine shop. This versatility allows us to assure the highest quality results from casting to finished part. Our ISO 9001 certification partnered with our "Lean" manufacturing initiatives and "Build to Ship" scheduling insure our customers receive the highest quality cast components, delivered on time, every time.
Waukesha Foundry has developed into one of the country's largest jobbing foundries.
