History Wire Maid was founded in the early 1970's as a custom wire former serving the outdoor products and air flow industries. The company was purchased in 1993 by Jim Frings, who continues as an active manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. Operating from our 56,000 sq. foot facility Wire Maid continues to expand its capabilities to meet the changing needs of it customers and markets. This commitment has led to exceptional sales growth since 1993.
