Pinch Valves

The Dymatrix™ Pinch Valve's design provides superior durability and eliminates cohesion and particle generation in CMP slurry applications. The proprietary tube design provides complete seal and full shape restoration. The Dymatrix™ philosophy is CMP valves shouldn't be consumables.

Dymatrix™ Pinch Valves are available in pneumatic (PV3) and manual (PVM) versions. The PVEL is an electrically controlled Pinch Valve, which utilizes a flow meter and controller for POU flow control and backpressure applications. The PVSL is a pneumatically actuated Pinch Valve with manual orifice adjustment.
