Rheotherm® flow sensors for low liquid and gas flow rates use straight-through or loop tubing designs to reliably monitor flow with little or no maintenance. Standard 316 SS flow tubes provide chemical compatibility and cleanability (other materials are available for chemical resistance/reactivity). For larger pipes, no-moving-parts insertion probe sensors are used.

The RheoVac® multi-sensor probe (MSP) incorporates an assembly of four primary sensors that measure flow, temperature, pressure, and relative saturation. Only RheoVac instruments utilize a relative saturation sensor to directly measure water vapor content within the fluid mixture from power plant condensers and air content in vacuum drying applications.
