RT Series of Rotary Index Drives
General Overview
The Motion Index Drives RT Series of Rotary Index Drives encompasses a large range of sizes, ranging from our model RT100 up to our RT1250. In addition, special cam-driven devices can be custom made to order for your automation needs. RT Series Rotary Index Drives are offered in a fixed number of stations or as a flexible turntable with a servo motor or standard AC brake motor with encoder. With the addition of Motion's patented NANO Indexer Technology, the RT Series becomes the world's most accurate barrel cam indexers.
RT Series index drives are constructed with strength and reliability in mind. Robust design and components ensure this device will maintain precision in intense factory settings.

The Motion Index Drives TT Series of Rotary Index Drives range from the smaller TT075 up to the TT315. Most TT Series index tables have aluminum housing and flame hardened steel cams and cam followers. The TT Series can be manufactured with a fixed number of stations or as a flexible turntable with a servo motor or standard AC brake motor with encoder. The entire line is maintenance free and, with the addition of an Allen Bradley PLC Controller, is completely wear free.

Right Angle Globoidal Index Drives are ideal for very fast, continuous applications. Right Angle Drives create an intermittent output motion in clockwise, counter-clockwise or oscillating movements. The TG Series comes standard with robust welded steel housing, making the TG Series ideal for intense environments and use. Trunnion Index Drives are ideal for moving large masses with smaller units and minimizing your equipment's footprint on the floor. All trunnion units can be ordered with standard or custom frames fully equipped with head and tailstock supports and one-piece base weldments.

The Motion Index Drives Motion Flex line of Rotary Index Tables encompasses a large range of sizes. Our complete line of RT Series Rotary Index Tables is equipped with a constant lead cam and heavy duty cam followers to achieve high output torques. The Motion Flex line is ideal for the customer who needs the flexibility of controlling an indexer's speed and pattern without compromising on the robust design of a barrel cam driven index unit.

Motion Index Drives' NANO Index Technology is a series of barrel cam indexers equipped with a specially designed cam to achieve extremely high accuracies. This line is the most accurate series of barrel cam indexers in the world, with accuracies as high as 0.002 mm or 0.0001". NANO Index Technology can be used for any application where extremely high accuracy and repeatability is required, such as electronic device assembly, microchip assembly, circuit board assembly, microscopic movement, laser interfaced applications, 4-color printing applications.
