The burner in our AHD units uses the oxygen present in the process stream for combustion eliminating the need for an additional combustion air source. AHD heaters are suitable for use on clean air streams with greater than 18% oxygen content. Standard units are limited to 800°F outlet temperature. Custom units are available for higher outlet temperatures. Recirculating air heaters are for use on air streams that are dirty, hot, recirculated, or with oxygen content less thatn 18%. Max inlet air temperature is 750°F. For higher inlet temperatures, contact the factory. Standard units are limited to 900°F outlet temperature. Custom units are available for higher outlet temperatures.
