| | Feb 3, 2013 — David Weisman, L.L.C. is pleased to introduce its latest Clamshell Top Load Enhanced Heavy Duty and Heavy Duty Gas Fired or Electrically Heated Hot Air Convection Walk-In Batch Oven Systems designed for customers to preheat, heat, dry and/or cure liquid and powder coatings on small, medium and large 3-dimensional products. The systems feature quality gas fired burners or electric heating elements, a unique air recirculation system with superior internal ductwork with readily adjustable louvers to create horizontal airflow for great temperature uniformity throughout the oven chamber, a reinforced floor for heavy duty parts, multiple top mounted doors for crane top load clear access, a properly sized and temperature rated exhaust system, a heavy duty energy efficient oven insulated enclosure, and complete quality controls including lockable safety disconnect switch, batch process timer and door limit switches to help save energy. Enhanced systems feature roof mounted heater houses as well for superior air flow performance. Temperature routinely to 500 F. Other non top load styles with capabilities to 650, 800 and up to 1250 deg F. Systems can be used as a stand-alone or as part of a complete batch coating system. Small, large and very large systems are available with single, and multiple door configurations.
Systems are built complete and tested to stringent quality standards prior to shipment. Ready to assemble kits are available as well, with on site startup support/training or complete installation readily available. | |
