 AIR FLOW CONTROL VALVES
CLR-100-AFC

FEATURES: Use to control the speed of air-powered clamps. This simple restrictor valve reduces air flow rate and thereby reduces clamping speed. 100 psi maximum air pressure.

OPERATION: Turn the adjustment knob on top to set desired flow rate (release air pressure before adjusting).

MOUNTING: In-line mounting with two 1/4" NPT ports. Mount in any position, horizontal or vertical.

 FLOW-CONTROL VALVES
In LineCLR-541-V
7500 psi max

FEATURES: Use to restrict fluid flow from a high-flow-rate power source, necessary for proper operation of some hydraulic components (such as Swing Clamps and fluid-advanced Work Supports). Provides a controlled flow rate in one direction, and unrestricted free flow in the opposite.

OPERATION: Turn the adjustment knob on top to set desired flow rate.

MOUNTING: In-line mounting with two 1/4" BSPP ports. Mount in any position, horizontal or vertical. Do not use NPT fittings.

 FLOW-CONTROL VALVES
Swivel Banjo
Version 1
Controlled flow from tubing connection to port(One Flow-Control Valve for each cylinder)
Version 2
Controlled flow from port to tubing connection(One Flow-Control Valve for entire circuit)

The swivel-banjo version shown here is a compact design that installs directly into a 1/4" BSPP port. Choice of flow direction (two versions).

VERSION 1: Provides controlled flow in the direction from the tubing connection to the port connection, and free flow in the opposite direction. This version is designed to be installed in the port of each cylinder, to control the speed of each component individually. This method, using one valve per cylinder, provides the most consistent timing of actuation.

VERSION 2: Provides controlled flow in the direction from the port connection to the tubing connection, and free flow in the opposite direction. This version is designed to be installed in the port of the pressure source, to control the speed of all components with one valve. This method, with only one valve for an entire group of cylinders, provides the greatest economy whenever consistent timing is not important.

OPERATION: Turn the adjustment screw with a hex wrench to set desired flow rate.

MOUNTING: In-line mounting with one 1/4" BSPP port and one compression nut for 5/16" O.D. tubing. Mount in any position, horizontal or vertical. Do not use NPT fittings.
