Shot Peeners

Most peening systems include a vibratory classifier to insure the reclaimed media size is maintained for consistent results. Often, these machines include controllers and/or monitors with fault sensors to shut down the process if the system operates outside of preprogrammed parameters. These parameters may include blast pressure, shot flow, part rotation speed, and nozzle oscillation speed.
